Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Gift Card. Request a return by simply emailing us or completing the form below and we’ll advice you of the return process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.

We are unable to refund shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack/set must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable including personalised products.

Email our Beauty Concierge Team at [email protected] or click the button below to start the return/exchange process by filling in the form. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

If the returned product/s do not match the above conditions the order will be returned back to the sender. ENUESQUE reserves the right to reject any return if the product has been returned back to us not in its original condition.

RETURNS AND PROCESSING DELAYS
Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
 
STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS
– When your return is processed you will receive a gift card  / store credit for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase. 
– You will receive an email containing your gift card. 
– Gift Cards / Store Credits do not expire. 

– Gift Cards  / Store Credits can be used in conjunction with Sale Items and sitewide. 

EXCHANGES
Due to high amount of orders, we do not offer exchanges at this time, as we cannot reserve stock. Once you receive your gift card you can use this to repurchase.
 
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY AND SEZZLE
If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay or Sezzle as the payment method, you will be issued a store e-gift card for the full amount of the unwanted item unless the item is deemed to have a fault by our returns team. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay or Sezzle until you have paid all your instalments. 
 
FAULTS
If you have received your product with a fault or received the incorrect garment please email our Beauty Concierge Team at [email protected] with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your product/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note – All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team.
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 
– International returns will be issued with a store credit once received back to our warehouse.
– ENUESQUE do not cover the cost of returns.
